As a creative marketing strategist and a trainer, Ming is highly curious and unconventional and doesn’t often follow a path well travelled. He doesn't really fit into any known category in business - this is what makes him stand out to his clients.
A common comment from Ming’s client is that they don’t know how they survived without him in business, the brilliance of their business, their brand, the congruence of a team, and the shaking up of the market all can be contributed to his guidance.
Ming has a burning desire to show the business world how the business intelligence, emotional intelligence and performance optimisation can elicit growth in the business and improve the wellbeing of the people.
Whilst building the design and marketing agency, Ming built on his training capabilities with a range of programs such as the Book Yourself Solid® marketing system (USA); progressing to become a certified trainer of Life Skill (Australia) and Mind5® performance training (Netherlands).
Mind co-founded The Fishermen with Lee Milward and co-developed the Growth Navigation Program (GNP).
To me, Ming is an ‘agitator’, to others in business he’s seen as the accountability aficionados. He influences the way people think, feel and do through change and improvement. His work also help to create communities that are focused on a better, happier world and onto a path of self-learning.
Lee is a qualified chartered accountant and also holds a computer science degree. His 25 years of experience include working in public practice before moving into commercial roles including Toyota UK. He experienced working throughout Europe and North Africa before relocating to Perth with his family more than 12 years ago for a lifestyle change.
During the past ten years or so Lee has worked with some very successful, fast-growing innovative start-up businesses from Western Australia. During many conversations with SME owners, it was evident that they needed expert help with growing their businesses in a sustainable and integrated way. Lee and Ming decided to develop their own growth programs targeted at the SME community and the first Growth Navigation Program commenced during 2019.
The challenge now is to constantly develop relevant, new programs that inspire business owners and managers to achieve their aspirations.
